Tickets can be purchased online through Ticketmaster or at the venue box office (subject to availability).
The box office is located at the window to the west of the main entrance, and inside the front vestibule. Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. The box office operates only on show days and opens 1 hour before the advertised door time.
During this time, you are able to purchase tickets to any upcoming show, if available. Note that if a show is sold out, we do not hold additional tickets for walk-up sales at the box office. Also note that the price you pay at the box office is the same as you would pay online, including all fees.
There is no difference. The numbering is used only for inventory purposes. For general admission shows, all floor tickets provide access to the main floor of the venue.
Depending on the event, the main floor may be either. The floor section will typically be general admission, but refer to your individual show listing to confirm.
The mezzanine is always reserved seating and not available to general admission ticket holders. However, there is standing room behind the reserved seats that is accessible with a general admission ticket.
All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted, including if support acts cancel. Refunds will only be issued if a show is cancelled entirely, and they will be processed through the original point of purchase.
Ticket transfers must be arranged through Ticketmaster so the ticket information can be updated. Tickets will be sent to the phone number associated with the order.
Mobile tickets are accessed through the Ticketmaster app on your phone and scanned directly from your device at entry.
The venue cannot verify third-party tickets until they are scanned at entry. The venue is not responsible for tickets purchased outside Ticketmaster. Entry will be denied if the ticket is invalid or duplicated.
Door time is always listed on your ticket or order confirmation. Full set times are usually not finalized until the day of the show. When available, they are posted on the venue’s social media channels.
Age requirements vary by event. Some shows are all ages, while others are 19+.
Minors are not permitted under any circumstances at 19+ events. Please visit the event page for your specific show to confirm age requirements. We strongly discourage anyone under the age of 4 from attending a concert at our venue.
Guests must show valid government-issued photo ID to enter a 19+ event.
Media passes must be requested directly through the promoter of the show. Policies vary by artist, and the venue does not handle accreditation requests.
Professional cameras (DSLR or cameras with removable lenses) are not allowed unless you have prior media accreditation from the promoter.
Point-and-shoot cameras and cellphone cameras are generally allowed unless otherwise specified by the artist.
Booking for opening acts is handled by the promoter of each event. The venue does not accept submissions for opening slots.
