If driving, there are over 3,000 parking spaces available within a 15-minute walk to the ByWard Market and up to 8,000 in the surrounding areas. Some of the largest parking areas can be found at the Rideau Centre, George Street, York Street, and Clarence Street.

There is reserved seating available in the mezzanine, which can be selected from the floor plan when purchasing tickets. Seating is located in Mezzanine A and B, as well as Boxes 201 - 204.
Limited premium seating is also available. Visit our Premium Page for more details.
General admission tickets are standing room only. They’re valid for the main floor and the standing areas behind the reserved seating, and can’t be used to access seated sections.
The box office will be located at the window to the west of the main entrance, and inside the front vestibule. Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. The box office operates only on show days and opens 1 hour before the advertised door time.
During this time, you are able to purchase tickets to any upcoming show, if available. Note that if a show is sold out, we do not hold additional tickets for walk-up sales at the box office.
Also note that the price you pay at the box office is the same as you would pay online, including all fees.
